To register —
There is a two-step process to ensure that you are registered and able to receive credit for this lecture. Please remember that you must register via AETC (step 2) to receive the post survey that will allow you to claim CNE/CME credit.
STEP 1: Choose your location/medium for watching/connecting.
All Correctional Managed Care Units: All attendees need to utilize the DMS polycom system in one of the correctional managed care units. Please click this link, URL to register your system by identifying the systems’ IP address and list a contact name and phone number (in case there are issues) by Wednesday, November 1st 5PM. This is required to ensure the connection between our video system and your unit.
Participants who are either not on the UTMB network or don’t have access to a Polycom system: Please click on the web link below for the live web stream. Please note that this link will not work until the start of the lecture and requires a lot of bandwidth so therefore will not work in the CMC units. CMC see above instructions.
Attending in person: Please email Bradley Brock stating that you will be watching in person in 5.521 Levin Hall and he will include you in the headcount for lunch.
STEP 2: All participants must fill this out!
Everyone: You must follow this link, https://aetcnec.virtualforum.com/pifidform.cfm?erid=65680&sc=734597&aetccode=16 to register. If the link does not work for you, please email Bradley Brock. All persons interested in CME/CNE credit must register beforehand. If you have not registered a Participant Information Form (PIF) with the AIDS Education Training Center previously, you will need about 3-5 minutes to fill out the survey.
